I'd much rather see a picture of the fairly convicted and appealed out perp, dangling upside down by his testicles. The death penalty works. It'd send the right message. But hey, that's just me.

Wouldn't it make more sense for the family of the the victim to be be able to decide the punishment? Why the hell not? In my mind, the only justice in the world is for the father of this little girl to be able to take the scumbag out in any way he feels is right.
