Something about that story is a lot of nonsense. Jack Kemp has probably never delivered a budget bill to the White House in his life -- and certainly not in the last 20 years.

Go back and read what I wrote -- Clinton may have publicly opposed capital gains tax cuts, but he had an odd habit of signing them into law when Congress passed them.

Heck, it sounds like even Monica Lewinsky is brighter than Jack Kemp. She was so convinced that Clinton was full of sh!t that she kept the blue dress.
