I'm not exactly sure this is such a big problem, but it does need to be addressed. But taxing law abiding citizens is NOT the way to do it.

Go after the cyber companies that are selling them to the kids - that is what needs to be done - not attacking adults.

Gabz, as well as stores that sell to minors. You know the stores have that "We Card" going on, and if they get busted from a teenagers sting for selling tobacco, it's their own fault.

I'm really tired of adult smokers getting the bad rap because of a few bad apples. That's for sure.
