[history]
For a freshman senator who spent more than $60 million of his own money to capture 50.1 percent of the vote in his 2000 election, New Jersey Democrat Jon Corzine arrived on Capitol Hill with an overabundant supply of chutzpah. I notice that the venerable (LOL) New York Times still has not found the Corzine/Goldman Sachs stock manipulation scandal, even though it came down in its own home town and has now been exposed by an out of town reporter. Any chance McCain's call for Pitt's resignation from the SEC was intended to intimidate Pitt so as to persuade that the SEC should leave Corzine alone?
