President Bush and First Lady Laura welcome Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and his wife, Jolanta, to only the second State visit since Bush was sworn in. Bush and his colleague also answered a round of questions from reporters, including more questions to the President regarding his tenure at Harkin oil. The President and his guests attended the State dinner this evening. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

C-span commentator says it was an oscar de la renta dress with blue color in the dress and therefore the matching bow. At first I did not like but after seeing awhile it is ok.
