I hope this doesn't make Green think this is going to make him more POPULAR! He just kicked 1 out of 4 of his fans in the a$$! Gag me!

I don't know where GREEN goes to be around shs! But he certainly has a choice today. He doesn't need to be joining the anti's to control the world, does he?

Second-hand smoke caused Green to fumble every time he touched the ball in Seattle...JFK

Let me guess...the next Packer to do a PSA will be Najeh Davenport, on the dangers of alcohol abuse:
"Kids, don't do it. Binge drinking messes up your mind and makes you do stupid things. Trust me. I know."

"Restaurant owners who are currently smoke-free or those owners who are considering making their restaurant smoke-free, can advertise their restaurant free of charge on the new Wisconsin Smoke-free Online Dining Guide" There needs to be a website offering free advertising to all restaurants that do offer smoking areas. It needs to be named very similar to the other website.
Every move they make should be countered.

It's only fair.

Green is not a smoker himself, but he grew up in a household with a smoker and was diagnosed with asthma at age 14.Notice that it doesn't say that SHS CAUSED Green's asthma but it sure does imply it.
To: SheLion
Green doesn't care if he impoverishes bar and restaurant owners as long as
his well-compensated career is going along nicely.
He voluntarily decided to take a job that will subject his body to grueling physical punishment (hey, good luck on the future arthritis thing), and then whines about other people choosing to treat their bodies how they want, because it might interfere with his asthma.
I thought professional football players were men - guess I was wrong.

Their war on the smoker didn't work, now they are using our second hand smoke telling everyone it's killing them. What BS!

I hope it won't be long before it is SO uncool to smoke that a fag-fiend wouldn't DARE light up anywhere in public.
They'll have to say in their homes with the doors and windows locked.
And good riddance.

That would be a rather crappy thing for him to do.

Seems to me that the message is that one can be successful in spite of asthma and exposure to secondhand smoke.
To: Illbay
I hope it won't be long before it is SO uncool to smoke that a fag-fiend wouldn't DARE light up anywhere in public.I won't care how UNCOOL it is to light my smoke in public. As long as it's not against the law, and sometimes maybe when it is, I will continue to smoke in public.
If for no other reason just to tick off people like you.
I'm not sure whether you actually agree with the current reasoning banning smokers from public places or taxing tobacco so outrageously or whether you just don't really understand that it could be YOU next.
In any case, smarten up before you're put into the reeducation camp for something.

Mr. Paulsen, you weren't in the Navy, were you?

I hope it won't be long before it is SO uncool to smoke that a fag-fiend wouldn't DARE light up anywhere in public.Only an easily swayed weakling would be intimidated by the "uncoolness" factor.
That would probably be an important consideration for you, though.
To: SheLion
You people are a bunch of cry babies. Chill out!
What's so bad about warning skulls full of mush about the dangers smoking and second hand smoking present. I work in the health field, I see it everyday. People who smoke generally die young and have a lesser quality of life.
If you want to smoke-- great. I could care less. But don't knock a guy for getting out a message of truth.
You all seem to be condemming him in an effort justify your habit.
I say great job! Get the message out! If people are too stupid to listen, that's their own problem.
By the way-- he's not necessarily hurting business at any establishment. The women interviewed said business was going great since she implemented the non-smoking policy.
