Now if these people are the kind who would not report a case of a child in danger under any circumstances, there are certainly not the type people I want 'policing' this country.
Are you saying that without the encouragement of the government anyone would not report a child in possible danger? If so, they are not decent people and under no circumstances should they be given the legitmacy of being snitches on the rest of us.
Is there anyone on this site that would not report if they thought a child was in danger or was a kidnapped child? I pray to God not.
If I knew something about a child that was kidnapped I'd report it I would not abandon them to torture and death( which is what happens in most child abductions and why I think the chances of Liz Smart being alive are about 7000-1). You don't need these spineless rats for that.
