Great post JH2. You can add to your list, Bush is the cause of Cuban hardship because he won't lift the embargo (until Castro holds free elections) and Bush is the cause of unrest in the Western Hemispere because he wasn't upset Hugo Chavez was deposed (unfortunately for only three days).
