Taliban Johnny's dad was on the radio yesterday. And the California loony who bred a true American turncoat was comparing his boy to a world-famous former prisoner: Nelson Mandela.

Lindh's mother then took a turn at turning the stomach, telling all how proud she is of Mama's little Islamic militant.

Folks I watched Spanns dad and wife on TV and they are both class people.I can see this family as true average Americans that believe in our way of life. But it saddens me to say this and I hope I am wrong because like them I know only of what Ive seen and heard on the news and we all know how reliable that can be.Saying that to say I hurt for this family and believe our government has let them down and sacrificed their loved one.
I am a retired police officer and the older I get the less trust I have in our government and I say that from experiance. The average American without any political support is nothing more to them than a name and a number.
I have come to find thay government will use you, and the press in most cases will willingly go along just to get a story. As in all wars the average person is sacrificed and get their 15 minutes of fame and those in control keep on operating and manipulating the systm to their advantage.

He should have been executed for treason.

We should have turned him over to the Northern Alliance for “disposal.” Lindh is NOT an American citizen! He renounced his citizenship by joining a foreign military – Read Page 4 of your passport. He had no right to a trial; he has NO rights under our Constitution! And I am pissed at our DOJ for so quickly re-granting Lindh those rights – as if they are meaningless and worthless.

My hopes are that he gets shanked by one of his own for "co-operating" with us. I liked the way his co-operation was stressed. That's a death sentence, if they put him in with right crowd.

And there's always the possibility he'll be locked up with a relative of someone who died on 9/11....

"It seems only a matter of time before the Susan Sarandons, Ed Asners, Whoopi Goldbergs and Jane Fondas stage all-star fund-raisers for their ideological brother. Remember, Mumia Abu-Jamal earned star status merely for killing one cop."

"It may sound twisted to you and me to hear Lindh's daddy compare his boy to Nelson Mandela - jailed 27 years for resisting South Africa's apartheid regime. But he's on to something."

Why do even patriotic people seem determined to forget the fact that Mandela was both a terrrorists and a communist. Taliban Johnny's dad probably understands these things. In other words they are both despicable people who deserved far more than less than 30 years in prison.
