Another human experiment is coming this month, planned by the US Navy. A public notice was filed in today's San Diego Union Tribune which stated the Environmental Assessment "EA has determined that the proposed action will have no significant adverse impacts on the human environment." What is the experiment? Local residents would like to know.
It's called "Juliet" and "will be conducted from July 24 to August 15, 2002 in the southwest region of the U.S. and offshore waters of southern California" "including San Clemente and San Nicolas Islands, offshore of Camp Pendleton, and at the Naval Air Warfare Center land range at China Lake, California."
What will the human and wildlife effects be of this mysterious 3-week long experiment?

From this morning's San Diego Union Tribune pages B1 and B6:
"Veterans upset over '60's biological tests" "The Pentagon has acknowledged that the San Diego-based destroyer and other military vessels were used in biological and chemical weapon tests during the 1960's, some involving nerve agents and potentially harmful bacteria". Navy veteran Jim Casts said, "Our government poisoned us.". "Twelve tests have been divulged officially, with 101 TESTS STILL CLASSIFIED".
What chemicals will the Navy be testing on its crew and spraying on locals for the upcoming Juliet Project scheduled July 24 - August 3rd?"

Orgy Porgy Ford and fun,
Kiss the girls and make them one,
Orgy Porgy Ford is Peace,
Gorgy Porgy gives release. Or something like that (I was twelve or thirteen when I read it).
Neither Orwell, nor Huxley were fantacizing, nor was theirs some vague dystopian warning. They personally knew those individuals with plans, the Fabians, the Masons, and the Marxists, all in the name of order and social justice. When it comes to Satan and hell, we are building it for him.

Fleet Battle Experiment Juliet is the latest in a series of exercises designed to test new concepts of command and control.
The reason they had to post the notice is that they used the term "Experiment" instead of exercise. Because they're testing new command and control systems (computer networks and organizational structures), they have to say "experiment" instead of "exercise." Because they're conducting "experiments" at sea, they have to file an environmental impact statement, no matter WHAT they're experimenting with.
I think the most noteworthy thing they're doing is a network-centric fire support system that coordinates all supporting fires so everyone on our side can see (a) who's shooting at what, (b) what's in the impact area, and (c) that there aren't any friendlies in the impact area.

Dear Poohbah,
Gulf War Veterans were told they were not human guinea pigs but 50% of them returned with respiratory and nerve disorders. Vietnam Vets were not told Agent Orange could be hazardous to their health but decades later, the world knows they were guinea pigs. What "classfied" information do you personally have access to in order to assure us just as the Navy and the ARmy and so many others have tried to assure us for decades that experiments on humans were never performed????
