Damon & Brenda don't need a support system. They need a controlling body. Someone to control their attitudes & emotions. IMO. They act like spoiled brats!

I think about 90% of their so-called emotion is a ruse anyway. If anybody doesn't believe that the van Dams have been told how observers thought they acted abnormally for grieving parents through most of this, he or she is mighty naive.

There is a lot of anger about these parents. Whether or not it was passively or actively, a good many people think they are responsible for what happened. It undoubtedly plays in favor of the defendant even if he is guilty.

I think a handler or two....maybe the PR folks...told them they needed to work on drawing more sympathy. Ater all, Brenda is going to want to sell a lot of books.
