Prosecutor Jeff Dusek told Mudd that Brenda van Dam denies making any such comment and a victim witness advocate who accompanies her each day backs up her account.
These peope are sometimes volunteers, but are normally paid employees of the prosecution's office. They are a WONDERFUL link between the victims and prosecution office. They are trained to explain court procedures, sit with victims during the trial, help console, answer questions, listen when the victims need to talk to someone who's experienced in this area. They have numerous clients... they are suppose to be the answer to the victims not having a say or a part in the trial. Some nitwit tried to get brenda in trouble...probably had NO CLUE the victim advocate was a paid employee and not a personal friend..
They have lost a child, and God only knows at this point, how it happened. Not in my wildest, most desperate point of absolute loneliness, would I EVER even contemplate having these two as friends..They are that morally bankrupt.
I'd die first.

I read on a posting the other day where Brenda had gone to be an advocate for the mother of the little black child who is missing. If Brenda's advocate is anything like Brenda is, she tells lies.
There was no objection from the prosecuter when it was said she had been harrassing potential buyers of Westerfields house.
Do you have a resource that you know this for sure? If so let me know and I shall say no more.
