Defending the behaviour is one thing...not agreeing with others that the parents are faking grief, are murderers is another. I WILL NEVER defend breaking drug laws, no will I condone cheating on spouses or bar hopping either.

I don't think picking on dw the horndog (as him momma described him) or his son (WHOEVER the child porn and child rape videos BELONG TO) is bad..It's deserved....

Read your constitution. It is the PROSECUTION's job to show he is guilty NOT the Defense's job to show he's innocent.

Perhaps I'm confused here, but isn't the prosecution supposed to show that DW did kill her? The defense doesn't have to prove squat. It is the state that has the "burden of proof" as to guilt, and right now it's looking like a mighty heavy load for them to carry.
