I moved away from California in 1979 and I could swear they had made a law against Volkswagens having exposed engines. It was the result of someone being killed when one of the belts came off and hit a pedestrian.

Maybe a law for street legal buggys but offroad only ones.

DVD can't remember details of his life but can, with detail, remember this dune buggy he saw 4 years ago in DW's garage, briefly.....(must be a guy thing)
