I don't think so. Voluntary intoxication is not a defense to intentional murder.

I don't claim to be a lawyer. I still say there is a filing, for appeal. I suggest it be checked out, by those so intent that their man, DAW couldn't possibly be guilty.

Intoxication is NEVER a legal defense. I used to do prison minstry ..that was the number one cause of the crimes ..and they were all locked up nice and tight..

I didn't say there wasn't a filing. I'm just telling you what theory they won't use. And I AM a lawyer!
