The defense has filed a motion, for use on appeal, which profers an alternate defense: intoxication.
I don't think so. Voluntary intoxication is not a defense to intentional murder.

I don't claim to be a lawyer. I still say there is a filing, for appeal. I suggest it be checked out, by those so intent that their man, DAW couldn't possibly be guilty.

The filing you refer to has been mentioned on these topic threads by Valpal1 in the past many, many times. To those who wish to know the facts, there is such a filing.

Intoxication is NEVER a legal defense. I used to do prison minstry ..that was the number one cause of the crimes ..and they were all locked up nice and tight..

I didn't say there wasn't a filing. I'm just telling you what theory they won't use. And I AM a lawyer!
