Intoxication is NEVER a legal defense. I used to do prison minstry ..that was the number one cause of the crimes ..and they were all locked up nice and tight..
How about passed out because of intoxication? If DAW has a witness who saw him passed out or incapacitated at the time of the abduction, could that be used a a legal defense?
