Thank you for a response..I appreciate it and wonder if you could answer further.

when? Obviously, on the night of Feb 2. The alarm lights and open doors provide windows for someone to access the house. The implication, clearly, is that Westerfield is that person. How? By entering through the doors.

Which timeline would be used for this?...between 3:00am and 3:30?..DVD had to walk past her door to take Layla to Dereks room..just bad luck he didn't notice the door was open now, even with the street light shining thru her open blinds on the window?

As far as the murder itself...were would the urine/feces, blood, hair etc from this little girl be?...wasn't found in the MH...unless you count the 1 hair in the sink drain...her print is on a cabinet...did she break thru the restraint he would have had on her, without leaving hair on the fabric headboard or anywere else?

Just too many things don't add up...the prosecution offered no answers to them.

Agree. Now, you'd wanted me to continue with the prosecution's side on two questions - I'm afraid I can only do one.

You'd first asked me to clarify the timeline the prosecution is using, and mentioned some specific events at 3:00 and 3:30. I'm afraid I have no idea at all. I assume the prosecution has actually put forward an estimate? I really don't know on this one. I'd guess they're just saying, "sometime that night" and allowing that there was, at some point, sufficient time for some on to get in and out. I would still tend to expect more physical evidence from this, especially if it's rushed, but that's why I tend to think DAW didn't do it.

Anyway, the other question is where is the blood, etc from Danielle. That one's a bit easier. The assumption would clearly be that he killed her somewhere outside the motor home during the trip. That evidence was not found, but on a wide ranging trip like he took, that is not surprising. I think that's why the prosecution took so much time showing the trip - it's length and rambling quality. Also, with so many back roads, it wouldn't be hard to be out of sight.

If anyone else wants to chime in on the kidnapping timeline, feel free.
