But YaYa...none of those things matter if the Prosecution can't place HOW the blood got on his jacket, or WHERE the fibers came from.

Jurors get to use common sense! Danielle (despite conjecture) had no access to the MH. Unless Feldman can produce evidence she did---so far he has not. One can then conclude that the weekend she is kidnapped and he is traveling all over is the "when".

(And that is just a portion of the evidence)

For your sake, I hope you are never accused of a crime and judged by a juror such as yourself. You have never given the notion of innocence a chance and I doubt you ever will.

Haven't you seen enough stories in recent years about people being wrongly convicted? Doesn't that cause you to have a careful and discerning eye when it comes to the prosecution and all its work?

It would be different if this was a slam dunk guilt situation, but it's not. That's when the scrutiny should kick in at full force.

Um... one you can conclude anything you wish. But you'd be ignoring the simple fact that scent dogs would have been all over that motorhome had Danielle's scent been in it. The dogs didn't go nuts inspite of different sets of dogs having checked out David Alan Westerfield's motorhome during search for Danielle. I'd hazard a guess (actually its not a guess) that A *VERY OLD* ONE QUARTER INCH blood drop doesn't have much scent. (I chose not to believe this one quarter inch blood drop was not planted by law enforcement after the fact.)

Hi Cyn......I'm about umpteen hours behind here but @your post 240. If Westerfield was traveling all over with Danielle in his Mh,dead or alive, why didn't the scent dogs hit on the MH? (Inside)

Tuesday Feb.11..FBI scent dog entered Danielle's room looking for suspect scent. Found none or we would have been told during prosecution at bat.

Two days after Danielle went missing dogs were brought into Westerfield house. Hopi agitation in garage east wall and upstairs alerting to something up high. But, we know Danielle was in the Westerfield home one day that week selling cookies.

Don't you think if Danielle had been in the Westerfield MH that fateful weekend the dog/s would have alerted handlers to that? The scent would have been much fresher than even her scent in the Westerfield house since your saying she was in the MH after she was in his house.

Do you agree or disagree with this logic?
