I am however very troubled the little lady doesn't know how to field dress that critter and why you don't like hickory smoked venison steaks with fresh pepper corns, molasses and tabasco sauce. :)

She could have saved me a lot of trouble tonight if she just finished breaking out the windshield with her good arm and cut the beast up with some of the broken glass. Loaded it in the trunk and driven home. How inconsiderate to interrupt my Freeping when there was really no need. Plus I'd be having venison for months. She was pretty good at tackling the emu that was terrorizing the neighborhood. Made good hamburger, but that's another story......
