The Van Dams themselves had a blue car of this shade, which DVD has carefully gotten rid of since these events, and any blue auto-uph. fibers ought to be traced to her own car, the one she rides in daily, not to a mh she played in a few times in her life.

Just too many things don't add up...the prosecution offered no answers to them. Agree. Now, you'd wanted me to continue with the prosecution's side on two questions - I'm afraid I can only do one.
You'd first asked me to clarify the timeline the prosecution is using, and mentioned some specific events at 3:00 and 3:30. I'm afraid I have no idea at all. I assume the prosecution has actually put forward an estimate? I really don't know on this one. I'd guess they're just saying, "sometime that night" and allowing that there was, at some point, sufficient time for some on to get in and out. I would still tend to expect more physical evidence from this, especially if it's rushed, but that's why I tend to think DAW didn't do it.
Anyway, the other question is where is the blood, etc from Danielle. That one's a bit easier. The assumption would clearly be that he killed her somewhere outside the motor home during the trip. That evidence was not found, but on a wide ranging trip like he took, that is not surprising. I think that's why the prosecution took so much time showing the trip - it's length and rambling quality. Also, with so many back roads, it wouldn't be hard to be out of sight.
If anyone else wants to chime in on the kidnapping timeline, feel free.

Drew, in all sencerity, even your own take on the matter doesn't sound like like you think he did it "beyond a reasonable doubt", but "maybe he did it".
Keep reading the actual testimony, it will become as clear to you as it is to me that the prosecution has failed big time.
To: Rheo
It wasn't a difficult job, but yes, I'm now *more* confused, if that's possible.
No wonder I've skipped over all of the fiber testimony!
Someone help Rheo out here, will ya? I'm having a hard time focusing on evidence that either comes from lying VDs or possible cop plants. Would a cop really carry around a handful of fibers to drop on a suspect? Are they correct in figuring that DW's weak spot is laundry and housecleaning?
Is it just me, or is he looking less anal and just neat and tidy like an engineer? Is Stockholm Syndrome taking over?
To: Rheo
I would also like to know who the woman was that DW saw when he went outside in the early morning hours of 2/2 and where was she when he saw her. Wonder why Keene/Redden (whoever) cut him off when he started to say that? Could have been someone leaving the VD house for all we know.

What I don't get tho...is those orange fibers....with the theory of placement.
Why place the orange fibers in his laundry?....there was only 1 found on her...so how or why place them with such a minute amount found on her?...how would they know about an orange fiber if she hadn't been found yet?
Dang holes in theories.

Did that help?

The media is fickle.......Brenda could have lured them in one direction...while Damon went in another..
The media was not paid to keep an eye on them..they were paid to get a good story , or photo op
That could be why the body was found so late..no opportunity to dump before then
Was the media following the van ride on the 16th ?

I am adding it to a nice formatted list.
But you have to supply me with the definition.

With the assumption he killed her outside the MH on his trip...why bring her dead body back to Dehesa to dump?..why not leave her buried out in the desert somewhere?

I am working on the DW TRial Thesaurus.
Your term "SLUT JACKALS", I need you to provide a definition.

Whomever came up with INSECTOPHILE, I need you to supply me with a definition for the DW TRIAL THREAD THESAURUS.

Do you think the bug expert can testify as to whether married bugs "swing" or go to bars and try to pick up total strangers, ask them to go back to their house, so they can eat pizza, have sex and smoke bug pot together? Hey, maybe Disney can do a version of this called "A Swinging Bug's Life". Of course, it would have to be r-rated.

That interruption by Redden on that point has bothered me too...they didn't want any possible witness testimony..they wanted DW.

How many dang comforters does this man have? Susan L. testified that he uses two on the bed in MH. Does that help? 2 down, 36 to go? :-)
Maybe he had double comforters on some of the beds.
Something's been bugging me. When I end a big project, I tend to go on a cleaning spree to just get it all done, get the house back in order and start life anew. All his laundry-ing struck me as being that from early on. It sounds like this may have been his first trip since Susan left. Maybe he planned on washing that woman right out of his home/motor home. Whoops, sorry.

. I know the dog doesn't bark (supposedly) If you listen to the tapes of the 911 call from BRenda, the DOG (Layla, the peeing,barkless,dogbed-shredding, WONDER DOG) is clearly barking.

Doesn't sound like the media was following DVD and friend on their little jaunt...we never heard or saw it.
Hopefully, Feldman has tracked and talked to all those places he said they put up flyers.(not that he has to disprove DVD's story but I'm not sure Feldman is not going to try and prove it.)
The only way his client will ever have a life again if found not guilty...is for the real perp to be exposed or enough stuff comes out that the investigation has to be relooked at.(still hoping for the Perry Mason moment, I guess)

I gaspped at that too! He just wanted to know about kids on the street.
I never heard of cutting a willing witness off like that. Aren't you supposed to just let them talk and talk.
Unless there is something you don't want on the record!
