Most I meet are raging. Virtually each I discussed this with said that they would NOT VOTE for BUSH no matter who runs against him. A few are so angry they told me that they'll NEVER VOTE REPUBLICAN AGAIN. The kicker seems to be that he approved the repository despite fuzzy science and incomplete tests. He promised Nevada that he would study the issue carefully and then make his determination based on sound science. He lied. Anyone who is for this is insane. 911 should have changed their minds. This is such a horrid terror risk! The articles have been about "dirty bombs." Just what do you supporters think these truckloads will be? They'll be super dirty bombs! Each truckload is 240x the radiation of Hiroshima! These megabombs will be rolling down roads and thru the country side of 43 states! Where's the outrage??? One attack, one accident and that area will be virtually uninhabitable for 50,000 yrs! One route passes 3 blocks from the Capitol! Can you imagine what will happen if one of the "bombs" disperses there?
