Remember, there is medical evidence that Danielle was being molested habitually and ongoingly..........The VDs may also have been pimping her out for money, that would explain the constant sexual activity on the part of a 7-yr-old.

Where is the medical evidence you are talking about? Where are you getting this information? Like constant sexual activity on the part of a 7-yr-old. What evidence do you have that Danielle was sexually active? Her father might have molested her, but that does not make HER sexually active.

Folks, we need to remember that the defense is not over. The prosecution have rested. The defense has several days here to come up with new evidence that DW didn't kill her. That break may be in his best interest. They already know what evidence is presented against him. Therefore, they know what they MUST refute. Prosecution is not allowed to present anymore evidence, just cross examine. PRAY THAT JUSTICE WILL BE DONE!

How can DW be found guilty of abducting Danielle from a place (her home) when she wasn't even THERE, at the time?

And how can he be placed in her home, even if she WASN'T there?

Who picked Danielle up after school Friday, and how long [if at all] did she stay at home before running away or leaving for an engagement?

Where are all the people who attended his sex parties? The prosecution has not brought forth one witness to say he was perverted. This just doesn't make sense to me.

Did you get the remarks today about the cops following DW while the news crews followed both DW and Damon? Sounds like the cops followed the wrong guy!

This speculation I believe is derived from the Underwear found on the floor of Danielle's room near her dresser.

The media kept saying there was a DISCHARGE that DNA samples were taken from.

Speculation was that it would match DW's sperm.

Of course it didn't.

Then there was speculation it was vaginal discharge, which would be a sign of sexual abuse. That is what they are going on.

PROBLEM with that is that it wasn't vaginal discharge.

It was URINE, SWEAT, regular daily body fluids that are in any young female child's crotch.

What I said was exactly as testified. It is possible to disagree while acknowledging another point of view is valid. I don't think it is fair to say I'm making "no sense".

However, when the guy finished his testimony, he finally admitted to the prosecutor that he really didn't know how long the body had been there!! And ... the body could have been there for 2 or 3 weeks longer than he had suggested; which means, Westerfield could have dumped the body BEFORE the police started following him.

W H A T?? This is the solid testimony which will prove Westerfield didn't do it?? I don't think so.

The weather is a variable which is very unpredictable. In a house or apartment, where the atmosphere is somewhat regulated, it may bring on the "dead" bugs sooner. But ... with the body being outside, it could have been very cold and very warm within the same day, causing a variance which really hinders the accuracy of the dateline.

I don't think this exonerates Mr. Westerfield at all - in fact, the fiber evidence was much more compelling.
