The only reason why discovery wouldn't happen is because we have those in our federal court system who are probably paid to throw out cases.

Even so, in our federal court system, we have a thing called the criminal grand jury to investigate corruption of such white collar crime as this.

Discovery is not going to happen in Klayman's case because his case if frivilous and will/should be thrown out.
