As for judging on the merits, that's for a jury to determine. The judge determines the facts. And as for my comment about the "slip up" so what, I'm entitled to my view just as you are. Right? I've seen enough of Larry's press releases to realize that the truth is a distant memory to Larry.

Larry's version of the facts include so much hype and spin it's laughable.

If Larry could just present the facts as they are, (remembering discovery has not yet taken place), he might have more credibility. Instead he adds tabloid type language that makes him look foolish.
