How many lawyers do you know, who submit their evidence to the public and the media before a trial? Larry Klayman. He presents every damn thing he has every time he elbows his way to a camera. His problem is that his "evidence" is not admissible in court.

And what, praytell, is this? If this evidence does not fall under the exclusionary rule (and it doesn't), then submission of any evidence is the judge's decision, not yours.
