That's a pretty serious charge. I wouldn't make it myself without hard evidence. I consider abuse of the IRS to be an impeachable offense. I simply don't think Bush is that kind of guy. But then I'm not Larry Klayman.

The worst thing that Bush is doing in regards to this situation is by not intervening to stop this IRS audit. The actual audit notification came to Judicial Watch during the Clinton Administration, conveniently right when JW was investigating scandal within the Commerce Department.
