The worst thing that Bush is doing in regards to this situation is by not intervening to stop this IRS audit. The actual audit notification came to Judicial Watch during the Clinton Administration, conveniently right when JW was investigating scandal within the Commerce Department.

Stopping the audit would be precisely the kind of political act Bush should NOT take. If he had, while Klayman was a "conservative," it would have been off with his head, and I might have helped John McCain back then to commit the metaphorically political execution.
By the way, if CLinton started the audit, by now, it should be concluded. Why hasn't Larry told us the result, or has he?

You simply refuse, in your naivete, to accept that JW, an organization which has never won a single lawsuit, is a business which must do profit and loss analysis on a regular basis.
Profit is Klayman's objective, and he will tailor his litigation to maximize that objective.
