So why did Agnew depart? His problem was accepting bribes while governor. Come to think of it, maybe Veeps can be prosecuted. I'm losing it. In any event, if a convicted crimbo can't be removed, something is seriously amiss. We need a constitutional amendment.

He had to; he was being criminally charged. Bribery.

I think the thing is like with Nixon......MOST people with that much evidence against them would resign. Like Nixon and Agnew did. I don't know where that is in the Constitution either.
