I think the thing is like with Nixon......MOST people with that much evidence against them would resign. Like Nixon and Agnew did. I don't know where that is in the Constitution either.

You don't think Agnew would have been impeached and convicted if he decided he just loved living in Blair House (or whereever) and was going to stay?
