Wouldn't "sneaking in" to a private building be regarded as criminal trespass?

I'd call it investigative license.

That is not exactly true. One cannot be in this building unless they are a member. And furthermore, this temple is a men's fraternity. If a woman visits this fraternity she must show certain items of accessories or custom that is recognized within the temple to be admitted. This was told to my friend and I as we were exiting out the building.

Yes, you're probably right but because it was partly open we took the opportunity to check it out.

Furthermore, there was no sign posted outside that said it was off limits to the public. In order for one to trespass, there has to be a sign posted before the entrance area to put one on notice. There was none in the case and the door was unlocked. Apparently, there was some construction going on inside and hardly anybody was around.

So if your neighbors had their door unlocked, you'd feel free to check out their decor?

Perhaps standards are different where you live, but to me this says something about your standards and morals - and it isn't good.

First of all this was not private property. If it was, it would have had a sign of some sort afixed outside. And no, I do not make it a habit to just walk in an open door of private property. I knock several times before making such an entry.

My house doesn't have a sign 'afixed' outside saying it's private property. But it is. More to the point, you obviously knew you didn't belong there.

And no, I do not make it a habit to just walk in an open door of private property. I knock several times before making such an entry.

So if you knocked several times at your neighbor's door and received no answer, you'd feel free to just walk in and snoop?

Very sad.

You mention about morals and standards. May I further add to my statement that there is nothing private or secret about this temple or other temples like this as God exposes their unholy works. Sunlight is the best disinfectant to expose the rituals taking place in these temples which are abomination in God's eyes.

Very sad

I'm not the one with a heavy conscience. These individuals who subvert God and Christ and paint themselves as being "Saviors" of the world will untimately pay a big price some day when Christ comes back. If anybody's standards and morals need to be looked into it is these individuals. They are false prophets.

I'm not surprised. Your posts seem to have a sociopathical tendency to them.

I must remark on the notion of Lutherans thinking lodges are "evil". As an LCMS member, I interpret it much differently.

While it is true that we are not allowed to participate in lodge membership, the reasons are doctrinal.

I have never heard lodge members described as evil by any other Lutheran.

The following brief excerpt from the LCMS website gives a fairly clear explanation of the church's stand and why.

Because of the very fact that Freemasonry purports to assume a religious posture and perform the functions of a church it becomes morally and theologically necessary for the Christian to inquire whether the Craft’s tenets and dogma are compatible with the Christian faith. It is evident that the more thoroughly the Gospel of salvation by the grace of God is understood, the more imperative such inquiry becomes.

If Freemasonry tenaciously clings to the declaration that all religions are merely expressions of one and the same truth, then it must be avoided as sub-Christian.

I notice you feel free to make snotty remarks about mostly women.

Do you have some issues with women? Are you intimidated by strong, opinionated women?

As long as you're here, is this the way your church believes?

In Christianity, women really aren't supposed to be pastors or priests.

I'd agree to that; and some people seem to be the exception to every rule, don't they? :-)

It tells me you have issues with women......and the fact that most people who don't agree with you ARE women who see through you. Women are like that.

Yes, that is correct. I know it is not the trend of today, but it is scriptural. Women can serve in many other capacities in the church, but not as ministers, pastors, etc.
