If you can't keep up, you may have to take notes. The child did see the guy, but it should be obvious that if a credible sketch could have been created, it would have been circulated by now. The police will not confirm or deny that the perp was wearing a mask, stocking, ski mask, something.

You seem hell bent on implicating the family, though we now have a mountain of evidence against Ricci INCLUDING tonights Fox report that Ricci has been implicated in the sexual assault of a 16 year old girl. Can you say motive and opportunity? Can you say no alibi?
You can continue to cast aspersions against the Smarts, who are decent, God fearing Christions, but don't expect those of us who know better to buy into your half-baked theories.
Whoa, Jolly, I was watching FOX, and maybe I walked away from the TV, or was watching LK, but did you hear those exact words? I'm not doubting your words, but I did not hear this.
Ya, my thoughts exactly. I don't believe in coincidences and this makes the third Shriner's connection:
1) The security guard sees and tapes strange activity in the parking lot at approximately the same time as the abduction, a mere two blocks from the Smart residence. One car left in the direction of the Smart home.
2) The security guard was a former prison guard and knew Ricci. (That set off all kinds of alarms with me.)
3) Now the letter was received by the hospital?
Now that is what I call wierd - not the way the Smart's express themselves.
I don't have much use for Geragos (though his manner is noticibly more subdued than usual), but Nancy Grace has become a shrew! I used to think she was good, but her pompous, arrogant attitude lately is a big time turn-off.

Now the media is taking this, and running with it. Disecting it carefully.
If it is a perp that sent it, he is now finding out all the ways they have to find him with D N A on the envelope, plus much more.
If a person really has her, they will now not get in contact. Mr. Smart may be a really wonderful man, but please Mr. Smart, let the Law take charge. It is their job.
I know there is frustration that the interest is waining...I feel bad about that, but I still can't believe that the Police didn't tell him not to go before the camera's. I also know that trust in Law Enforcement in our country is not at top notch in the eyes of the people. But, we have to leave it in their hands.

Where, pray tell, is the source for "sexual assault of a 16 year old girl"? The only thing I've heard is that he was "too friendly" with someone's daughter. Not exactly the same thing. Also, the latest on Fox is that only burglary and theft charges not related to the alleged kidnapping will be filed Thurs. -- if those.
And, how do you know for a fact who is a "God-fearing Christian"?
Mr. Smart said someone who recieves mail for them got the letter. Is that person the hospital? Where was this stated that the Hospital is recieving mail for the family?
It would be wise to not make such a statement without a smily face after it.
Mr. Smart said that the police agreed with him that it was not credible.( As stated on Hannity and Colmes tonight. )
