Me, too. I hadn't seen anyone else comment on this obvious court bias, yet I've noticed this being a constant & daily occurence since the beginning of the trial.

No wonder Westerfield appears 'down in the dumps' so many times. I would be too! Hell's bells, I'd probably be in major trouble with the court, because I'd be screaming "Bias!" each time in happened to my attorney.

Well, the jury is sitting nearest to Dusek & his sarcasm & yelling when cross examiming of defense witnesses could put them into a coma.......easily! LOL!

Um, that happened once or twice when the ex-brother in law was in court the first couple of days sitting behind the defendant. Oooops.

Perhaps the judges rulings are correct? Feldman is doing his job and making a record.
