Hey...Didn't DW show up at the dry cleaner's barely dressed? Think he was showing any rashes from contact from poison oak??One of the detectives testified that he observed the poison oak in the area but didn't take precautions to protect himself from contact with it because he is immune to it. Sorry, I don't remember who it was, but it was early testimony. So evidently not all will show a rash.

Nope, not yet. But, their lifestyle opens the case up for the odds of someone else commiting this crime.
If you've followed the case, there is NO evidence of Westerfield being in their house the night Danielle was kidnapped.
However, there were 4 other "guests" that Brenda brought home from the bar.

I'm suggesting that Barb approved or had influence to approve an unqualified mortgage...out of friendship. Happens all the time...Not good, but it happens.

Maybe the parents were scared because of what they were doing, and didn't want to reveal all to the police right after the abduction. Everyone tells a lie or two sometime in their lives. We are all not perfect.
True, while I agree that their VD's lifestyle is questionable, I don't think they were bad parents. Look at their beautiful home. It's not like the kids lived in squalor, being starved or physically abused. Compared to what the killer did to Danielle, what her parents were doing, no matter how brazen & questionable, they're not bad parents.
AND THAT, SIR, is my opinion!

"It would have been QUITE OBVIOUS within a few days after contact with poison oak."
Kind of like how we never saw Damon in a short-sleeved shirt?

Establishing studies on this procedure.
14 types of flies found on body.
Insect community found on body is a determining factor
1 of the flies found (cheese skipper flies) come in later stages of decomposition.
Body (body fat) degrades in certain manner during decomposition.
Sequence going from TOD to time or recovery of body.
Cheese Skippers named so because parts of body during decomposition turn into cheeselike substance that gives off smell that attracts cheese skipper flies.
Black Blow Fly found, Blue blow fly found, Green bootle fly found, help determine how long since body had died, and had been exposed to environment/access to these flys.

True, it very could of been someone else, not Westie.

Ok...I can't remember easton's profession, and it is not on my list of players notes..did she work at a bank or loan company?

ARF! ARF! BARF! BARF! I can't imagine Westerfield even giving her a second glance. She doesn't appear or sound like his type. Nothing like Susan L. and I'm sure his other girlfriends.

You lived with them? You would know this as fact...how?

Ka-Boom! 10-12 days back from the 28th!

Personally, I would not bring home strangers home for sexual escapades while my kids are home sleeping. But that is MY lifestyle.

I knew you were joking. I forgot to add my : )
on the end.

Ova position could have occurred on the 16th-18th

Yes, there were others in the home.
Even though Westerfield was not in their home (according to lack of evidence) they're going to nail him no matter what.
