To fix the post, I would add to the prosecution evidence section something like "...rebutted by testimony by xyz, friend of DW" or "...found to be usual practice by abc, police detective"

I'm not assigning you this task, and Lord knows I don't have time to do it. I just don't think it's quite fair to post info that we all know is outdated and incorrect, cause it paints a wrong picture of what has really happened.

This guy certainly is qualified to testify in this trial. With DW being followed almost immediately after Danielle disappeared, if this guy establishes that the entimology evidence places her presence in the desert after 2/5, DW is home free.

Has worked in the past for SDPD and other LEAs. Has testified far more often for prosecutors than defendants. Dusek will not be able to question this guy's bonafides. The SD prosecutor has used him in the past.

LEO actively assisted at scene....took air temp, searched area from position of body..dug in soil to look for insect life

Most extensive case he has worked on...would contact Dr. Blackburne and any of the forensic people with questions.

Best to try to collect as much material from scene as possible.

He calls for other investigators for other opinions.
