PYX...welcome back.....LAYLA HAS MISSED YOU....
As to why the doggie bed was "tore up"....could it be......![Weimaraner](http://www.akc.org/images/breeds/weim.jpg)
1. Layla tore the bed up for that reason...
Or the more simple answer....
2. Her TOENAILS tore the bed....
Couldn't get any TRACTION......

Anyone else notice in this trial? The judge is almost always sustaining or over ruling the defense?
Also, I lost count after ten, how many times Feldman asks for a sidebar, Judge Mudd says (a 'snippy'flat), "NO." And when Dusek asks for a sidebar, Mudd 'gleefully' says, "Yes" or "Sure."
This happened twice this morning.

Dusek spent 50 minutes on black ice questions...he wouldn't let a chance go by on a "forceful once" statement if he thought it was violent or would in any way help his case...IMO

Why don't we know what the L stands for? They said that the little girl, Danielle L, was a minor, and they couldn't disclose her last name. Therefore, in order to keep that intact, they can't disclose her mother's last name either.

That is a reasonable explanation for the 5203 passcode, much better than if the only explanation was a SSN. Wonder if Neil will be called to verify that the email account was his and that he selected the password.

Oh thank you, Fres. That explains the BMW, private shopping trips to Nordstroms and the $850,000 home. And how DAMON gets to keep the little $450,000 house.
Shoot, and I throw out by PCH sticker sheets every year...I too, could have been a "winner"!

Previous thread..see good explanation on #611. I wish I could remember which freeper it was..someone who doesn't post often.

I wondered about that ..could be to protect her from physical harm..(What connections do the VD's have?)
To: sbnsd
That was my first thought, too, but what about the Shermans' granddaughter Holly? (did I get the names right? I'm going by memory here)

You are correct it is to protect the minor child..thanks

I've noticed the same thing. Would like to see a scorecard on Sustained/Overruled percentages.

Of course I'm speculating. I thought I made that obvious. Now what is her last name?
