Anyone else notice in this trial? The judge is almost always sustaining or over ruling the defense?

Also, I lost count after ten, how many times Feldman asks for a sidebar, Judge Mudd says (a 'snippy'flat), "NO." And when Dusek asks for a sidebar, Mudd 'gleefully' says, "Yes" or "Sure."

This happened twice this morning.

I've noticed the same thing. Would like to see a scorecard on Sustained/Overruled percentages.

I also noticed that today that everytime the defense objects with whatever, the judge overrules them, but when the prosecution objects he for the most part sustains.

Yep. I thought maybe while the 'Jolly Judge' was taking his vacation, we could check out how many times he shut the defense down. To be fair, we'll have to note the many motions made by the DA and the rulings on those.

Anyone want to help?
