I want someone to tell me again that DW wasn't THE suspect from the very beginning! I will, DW wasn't the SUSPECT from the beginning.
HE WAS THE SCAPEGOAT that apparently someone planted enough evidence on to help make it look like he was involved in her death somehow.

We "get over" being angry with them, try to remember the good things they did, and forgive them the trespasses...
DAW seems to be the kind of man who went the distance to be kind to those less fortunate, even though he may have inherited a taste for spirits...
Give folks a break, Kim. I can only assume you are still young, and haven't had enough life experience yet to understand. A few more years under your belt can change your perspective on ever-present human frailties...
None of us are perfect, and none of us should be "hung" for that failure to achieve the impossible... Do you want to be judged by the same standard you are judging others... just wait till your kids reach the late teens, early twenties... then you will be singing a very different tune...

When I think "beginning" I think Saturday. They were investigating the van Dams and their friends Saturday thru Sunday. Looks like they looked at all of their cell phone records, too.

Not a problem. I was just thinking that Dusek is attempting to identify the sheets and comforter as the source of the blue-gray 'nylon' fibers, or was that just someones speculation? If, indeed, Dusek is making such an attempt and Feldman is aware that sheets and comforters would not be made with nylon fibers, Dusek is going to look really stupid.

You are correct of course...It could have been a completely separate issue..she left BECAUSE of the drinking problem, more than likely not cuz of the forcefulness. The forcefulness was done during the drinking..but we don't know what kind. It wasn't a huge issue for Susan L cuz she still cares enough to cry for him..

Well obviously the LEO's thought nothing of it when Damon sold the van, did they? Maybe some of the close personal friend LEO's advised them to get rid of the evidence(I mean van).
