About the blue paint on Danielle's nails - I'm thinking it probably is nail polish - from the way Shen (I think it was her) said that she just "left it on" the nails - like it wasn't flaky - or under the nails - but on them. Why can't they just come right out and tell us these things though - so we don't drive ourselves nuts thinking.

I think the ten day break is mistrial stuffI said the same thing to my daughter last night. She agreed. It seems very wrong and unjust.
A man's life is on the line here. If this judge scheduled his vacation long ago (as claimed), maybe the case should have been assigned to a different person.

I know it was in the impound lot on 2/8...not sure exact date it was put there.
I know Annette Peer was in the MH on 2/5..on 2/6 she was in there gathering blood evidence w/Karen LaCalia?.
Tanya Dulaney was in there on 2/6 gathering hair and fiber.

I suspect most woman swingers are lesbians..that is encouraged in the "lifestyle"..the husbands like to watch...to get their jollies..so you could be right..
To: Rheo
Oh, that can't be possible. It's not in Miss Manners' Book of Police Procedural Etiquette to plant false evidence. There are police procedural experts here who will attest to that. (/sarcasm)
To: Rheo
what do you make of these mysterious towels on the floor appearances? At the least it means the "crime scene" was contaminated and all that "evidence "of fibers and hairs and blood need to be excluded...IMHO
We have no idea who may have been in there and transfered or planted evidence
To: Krodg
Ok....going over my Tanya's notes again....need to confirm all dates she was in there as my notes show she mentions blue towel outside bathroom floor and green towel in hallway.....so the 2/4-2/13 may only be 2/4-2/6 for towels to appear.

Didn't the Dry cleaner testify that she never saw a blood spot on his jacket and she looked? Or maybe it was in a report??
Anyone remember?

Why did none of Danielle's hair turn up on the fabric headboard yet 11 blue fibers did?

LOL That's impressive! ...and it was a perfectly good song that I may never think the same thing about it again... :)
To: gigi
Yes, Julie Mills testified that she did not see any blood on the jacket....not sure if she really looked at it.

They said on O Reilly that a mistrial can only be declared on that IF they can prove that one of the jurors listened to the TV or read press reports. As O Reilly noted how can the help it. it is all over that area.
This trial should be turned over to another judge
I believe I read or heard he told the jurors that they could go to "work" next week..just imagine the contamination there....
Incredible..
Every Juror should be told they will have to sign a paper under oath verifying they did not break the order of the court..a lie would be subject to prosecution .
Then do it!
To: Rheo
Thanks, I'll go back and read her testimony. I missed it live.

Why would a carpet fiber sample only be submitted from Danielle's room?
Why not the rest of the VD house..He had to walk thru the house and up the stairs and in the hallway..spending more time on that carpet than in her room actually....so why not submit a house sample in hopes that that fiber would show up in his stuff?

It's nearly impossible for jurors to not be influenced and then days pass while they may be making decisions or drawing conclusions based on media, not trial facts. Very bothersome !!!!!!
