About the blue paint on Danielle's nails - I'm thinking it probably is nail polish - from the way Shen (I think it was her) said that she just "left it on" the nails - like it wasn't flaky - or under the nails - but on them. Why can't they just come right out and tell us these things though - so we don't drive ourselves nuts thinking.

If she was writing in her journal for 2 hours (!) I suppose it would be a reasonable thought that some of that ink might have made its way under/around her nails?
