That's right -- the firm that does the list for RNC I believe and then he sued RNC if I remember right!

That list wouldn't have the really important names on it. Just the small-time sucker donors.

Klayman agreed to exchange donor lists. He received and used the names from the other list. He refused to give out his donor list. He got cut off from the other lists. He issued vile press releases and threatened to sue. He created a ton of ill will with a lot of conservative groups whose lists he had gotten under false pretenses. I don't believe that there was ever a lawsuit.
