Also, business schools should teach right and wrong and not succumb to situational ethics.

they are going to be held personally responsible for their company's books. puts the CEOs et al on the line, legally AND financially
This is very good news for people....the corporate world needs to be accountable, something the Prez has been stressing for a long time.

The hildabeast was in the room during Bush's speech. I wish they had showed her applauding/sitting on her hands when those listening clapped to show their approval of what the president was saying.
To: RooRoobird14
    Agreed.
Plus, the president did clearly say that what we are seeing now was brewing for a long time...through the 1990's.
Kindda wished the camera had panned Hillary on that one.
To: RooRoobird14
Wow......look at that market graph! The greedsters are NOT happy.

CEO compensation has always ticked me off. If they make the company a ton of money, fine. Pay them off like there is no tomorrow. But sometimes, they lock these incentives in, no matter the stock price or earnings, and if the company starts going south, they still pay millions to the CEO, while the shareholders and workers get screwed in the process. If a company clears 3 million in profit, then gives a 4 million bonus to the CEO, who other than the CEO gains by this arrangement?
