I remember seeing that shirt the other night!

Yes, I want one. I was so busy celebrating the birthday and hiding from cameras, I didn't have time to get any shopping in this past weekend in Kennebunkport.

The birthday dinner was so much fun. Dubya didn't blow out all the candles. Of course there were several of those that kept re-lighting. Wish you all could have joined us.

It was hard coming back to the heat in Texas.

Really--I would love a shirt. And I really was in K --once.

The Washington Post writer said this story is not going to die and the questions about GW's ethics will continue all the way to November. He was almost giddy in his glee. You know, CNN got rid of Major Garrett because he started to like President Bush after covering him for awhile. He was fired from CNN unceremoniously and was never seen or talked about again. I wish he'd go to Fox. He didn't favor President Bush - he just played fair. Guess that's not allowed at CNN. MSNBC is no better, either. Pretty soon Phil Donahue will start his show. They'll have him and liberal Bush-hating Chris Matthews. Anyone that likes the President will have to go to Fox for their news or be prepared to vomit every day.

"I concur with yer prescience, my FRiend...MUD"

And McLame is loved by a lot of democRATS and will hurt whoever gets the nod for the RATS more than the republicans.

My husband wants FOX to hire Tucker Carlson. He thinks he's fab.

How fortunate you are to be so close to history in the making, my FRiend...are you affiliated with the Bush Adminstration or did you just happen to be vacationing in Kennebunkport, Maine, simultaneously with young George?!

Maybe they should do a remake of the movie and call it "The McCaine Mutiny."

Well, CNN is watched by a very small group of people. Network news is the one that I worry most about. However, my comfort is that fewer and fewer people watch it, either.

Cheer up. We have seen these types of situations before, and the Rats always end up with egg on their faces.

I am wondering if AOL/Time Warner is heading for a tumble as well, and that is why CNN is so vitriolic.

Hehehee. I wanted to know if a small tee shirt would be ok. Ohio has found the cool 43 tees she got in Maine.

I hate to disagree with your husband (lol) but I disagree with your husband. Tucker is the one that smeared the President back in 2000. He also sides with the RATS more often than I can handle. Not that he doesn't have a good line once in awhile, but....Then again, who am I to disagree with the man that married wonderful you? :-)

A better title would be "The McPain Puke-ninny"

I have the same reservations about Tucker. He's had to make his living at the behest of liberals so long, that he has Stockholm syndrome.

My husband thinks he'll heal up nicely if he can be surrounded by the nice people at FOX.

Ha, the Washington Post writer is not boss of the world, so to speak. He can continue to try to beat this dead horse, but if it doesn't sell papers his editors will tell him to go dig somewhere else. If the SEC found nothing wrong with the Harkin transaction, the Washington Post, CNN, et al. aren't likely too either.

I wish I would have thought of that. Considering Bush has become the E F Hutton of Presidents. When he speaks we should at least hear what he has to say.

Rep Michael Capuano (D) needs a serious freeping. During the Worldcom hearings ending sessions of questions, he said that we have a Vice-president that is under investigation and a President that was involved in the very same thing Worldcom and others are in trouble for. Unfortunately no one spoke up to say these hearings are political and not factfinding. From what I've seen every opportunity to slander this administration is open season on C-Span.

"McLame is loved by a lot of democRATS..."

See, my FRiend, I totally REFUTE that!! I don't think the RATS love McStain at all...they just wanted him to divide the GOP!! Sincerely, I had reknowned RAT relatives that I haven't talked to in years sing the praises of McStain to me a good six months before he had even announced his candidacy. They said Barbra Streisand like, "I've always voted democRAT, but I sure do like John McCain" as if they were reaching out to ME, a staunch ReaganRepublican!! It was a hoot!! And it didn't sound the least bit sincere because when I challenged Dem Leftists on the issues, they retreated to their Socialist Status Quo postions!!

McStain's been exposed as a RAT-Troll...end of story...MUD

I'm just angry because I saw the press conference and then had to listen to the lies of CNN - just flat-out lies. Makes you wonder what this country is coming to. And I would guess that Brokaw, Jennings and Rather were more than happy to jump on the "get Bush" bandwagon tonight. I hope CNN and MSNBC go down the tubes completely. Bush supporters should watch nothing but Fox. Without Republicans, the cable shows don't have many viewers. CBS, ABC and NBC will also inflict as much damage as they can. All we can do is fight back and keep praying.

I'm wondering if that merger isn't getting another looksee by some real regulators. BTW, I think Bush's "new tone" goes out the window when they start questioning his character.

Nice to see that adorable Barney finally walking down the steps.

Watched the press conference.....GWB handles those pressitudes very well....eager to hear his speech tomorrow!

I love the expressions on his face as they ask their inane questions....and it is obvious many of them enjoy his fine sense of humor!
