President Bush arrived back in Washington today, and presented the Medal of Honor to Vietnam Veteran Captain Humbert "Rocky" Versace. Late this afternoon, the President held a press conference regarding the need for Congress to support the nation's priorities. Bush also tackled questions regarding his time at Harkin as well as to what will be addressed in his speech to Wall Street tomorrow. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

>>>And actually I think it was one of the reporters that began his question on the current WorldCom scandal by mentioning that Bush had waived his attorney client privilege when he was under investigation>>>
That was John King of CNN who said that.

"McCain should just go ahead and jump ship now..." He's already a DemonRAT, the charade has been exposed as far as I'm concerned. It's been as transparent as glass fer the last coupla years, too...McStain was chosen as the Leftist Elites' Heir to Der SchleekMeister's throne, and he got whupped!!
He'll get whupped again, too...again, and Again, and AGAIN!!! He's a whupped puppy and his would-be supporters are abandoning His Fraudulentness in DROVES!!

By now folks should know what they are going to get from CNN as they continue their march toward irrelevance.
To: Wait4Truth
CNN wonders why their ratings are tanking. They should get a quarter and buy a clue.
Like who would I believe...President Bush or that oaf John King, who looks greasier every day?

I might add, all this was re-hashed again when GWB ran against "Ma" Richards.

I went back to my 2000 election files for the info, as we rehashed it also during the Presidential election.
I hope the public is beginning to understand that the Dems are just trying to smear him, and not pay attention to the innuendo.

It's just weird - John King is the one that brought up the fact that GW waived so all facts could be known and yet tonight with Aaron Brown he acted like the President was guilty of insider trading. The RATS must have told him to get back on the reservation. And Brown was just terrible. They decided that our President has no credibility on this issue and his speech will mean little. King also said the RATS are already prepared to attack the President's speech as soon as he finishes it. They all think Bush will be greatly hurt by this. The journalist from the Washington Post also agreed. Their goal is to take him down and take him down fast. That was quite obvious when they refused to show even one clip of him explaining that he had been cleared of all wrongdoing. I am really angry right now - really angry.

The Dems must be trying to wrestle the title of "The Stupid Party" away from the Pubbies. They think they can get traction with this issue. The problem is that there are two things that will really get GW pumped. One is attacking is family and the other is questioning his character. I expect if the Dems continue down this path Bush will open up a can of "Texas Whip A$$" and make them wish they hadn't.

This is exactly why CNN's ratings have gone down the tubes. CNN doesn't present factual news, instead they are a 24/7 opinion show disguised as news. They don't get that the American people have by and far wised up to their leftist slant and genuinely like this President.
To: lonestar
A dead horse is all the RATS have to beat on. They don't have anything to run on this fall. So they have to go digging. but they're about to find out they've actually been digging their own grave.

The sad part is that most of the country did not see the press conference so they did not get to see the President explain the whole situation. They will not know he has been cleared of all wrongdoing or that this is the 4th time the RATS have dragged this story out. The media is also acting like this is some brand new story that was just found out about. Aaron Brown and John King were about as disgusting as I have ever seen as far as lying about the President goes. It was a dispicable performance.
