Yeah, and Clinton didn't apply the sanctions required by law when they shipped 500 tons of the chemicals used to make VX to Iran about 5 years ago. Bush stopped some of it. But it is difficult to know what they are up to.

Still, the big stuff comes from the Ukraine. PBS Frontline ran a good piece on Leonid Minin's deals with Liberia. Didn't see a word about it anywhere else in the US media.
