Small Plane Crashes Into Crowd Near Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A small plane crashed into a crowd of people near a theme park east of Los Angeles, critically injuring six people, officials said on Thursday.


The crash in San Dimas, California, about 35 miles east of Los Angeles, happened near midday outside the Raging Waters theme park, said Capt. Brian Jordan of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

"A plane went into a crowd near Raging Waters. Six people are in critical condition, two of them with cardiac arrests," he said.

The crash site was near a local airfield.

The plane is a twin, I believe it's a Cessna 310. 182 is a small 4 passenger high wing single engine.

The N-number will give you the owner on the FAA website. I think I can read it, so I think I know who the owner is. In case I'm mistaken, I won't post it here. IF I've read it correctly, it's privately owned by a partnership in a nearby California city. Registered owner just an ordinary American name. Just a horrible accident (it's awful to have to say that) not terrorism. Takeoff is when fuel and engine problems usually manifest themselves.

Looking at the pictures of LAX on Fox. Not good. People clumping up outside. Perfect target for a suicide/homocide bomber. That's the pattern in Israel. Create an incident and then bomb the crowd and rescue workers. Keep this in mind if you are ever in one of these cluster effs. Get out of the crowd!
