Those night games when the sun is 4/5 down and the lights come on and it's 70 degrees and the colors of the ravine start to change ... it is really fun STOP STOP STOP....you are making me feel 'homesick' for LA (I was in LA area for 10 years and just loved it!) Thanks for reviving a happy memory.....I also loved the Hollywood Bowl, people watching at Venice Beach, purple and pink sunsets over the Pacific & taking the ferry to Catalina!
Got to say G'night now....time for my CA dreaming!
Time for me to leave....See you all tomorrow, the good Lord willing and the Creek don't rise....Thanks for adding much pleasure to the 4th of July, 2002...
Julie, in my home town, you have to go inside a Dome to watch baseball. The stadium was built for football viewing, so the third base seats are directly facing the right field "baggie". You have to lean forward and turn to your right to see the plate. HUH??? ;^)
So, when I travel I try to get out to the outdoor stadiums to enjoy the experience. Dodger Stadium is my favorite. Busch is a close second. Wrigley is third. I don't like the new ones.
