I think it was because he was the only person in the neighborhood who was not home. Geeeeeez!

Remember when they were making a big tado over him leaving his hose out? That he couldn't be in the habit of doing so, because his lawn didn't have yellow marks where it would have laid. Therefore he must have been in a big hurry.

Geeez! again. I leave my hose out all the time and there is no yellow marks and I am always in a hurry.

I thought that one of DW's neighbors testified today and he said he(this neighbor) wasn't home either.
