Rereading everything about the 2/4 computer usage around 4:30pm, makes me believe that nothing was downloaded, but a couple of old images on the harddisk were looked at. Cops not Neil!

I have suspected that for some time..that was an illegal search was it not? Did they have a warrent? Were THEY caught?

Okay, that happens as soon as you open "Properties" on that file. I found that out the other day. Two questions, though. From what I've read on here, the police weren't at DW's house at that time, so couldn't have left that timestamp (and by extrapolation, the next person to have looked at that file would have changed the "last access" time, wiping out any viewing at 4-ish).

So..who did the screen capture that showed that date and time?? Is this clear as mud yet? As far as I can recall, neither police nor Watkins (computer geek) were in the DW house at approx. 4. I could be wrong.

WRT:1106, that's the impression I had from day one..but got corn...fused with the speculation that neal may have been on it.
