The wording needs to be rephrased or clarified IMHO. If he meant viewing it, he should have said it. But instead it looked like he was attempting to insinuate that someone found a porn pic, and downloaded into the ''x''files. He left it open as to who....and he didn't mention website either..during that page of the testimony. I've not gotten to the next page yet.

Rereading everything about the 2/4 computer usage around 4:30pm, makes me believe that nothing was downloaded, but a couple of old images on the harddisk were looked at. Cops not Neil!

When the cops looked at them the "last access" date and time changed.

Some of those same temp files were introduced into evidence by the prosecution. Apparently they consider it "downloaded."
