In fact, Mr. Daisy brought home some catfish filets for me to pan fry tonight....Let's see what shall we have with them....Maybe some coleslaw, baked potato, hushpuppies, corn on the cob and strawberry shortcake with whipped cream for dessert......There's plenty.
